The Fitness Cafe, located between the Upper School Library and the Tech Cube, is a popular place for students to eat due to its long lines. The Fitness Cafe serves various fresh drinks such as the Choco Banana or a Milkshake. Wraps and meat with noodles or rice are also available at the fitness cafe, with the meat ranging from chicken to salmon and the wraps ranging from extra cheese to spicy wraps.

Beef with Curry Rice

Students want meat for lunch. While the Fitness Cafe’s servings of beef with curry rice are very few, it is overall an extremely tasty meal and one of the most popular items at the fitness cafe. The beef with curry rice meal is a bowl of brown rice with a ladleful scoop of curry and one standard scoop of beef laid on top. The beef is dry, although very chewable, and smells good. The brown rice combined with the standard curry of one potato and one carrot leaves something to be desired. The speed at which the food is made is extremely fast, as the meal is prepared by a scoop of meat with a bowl of brown rice. However, the beef runs out fast due to its high demand. The fitness cafe is usually out of beef by the end of period 4, so make sure to order this early! This is overall a 4/5 due to its high popularity and deliciousness.

Double Cheese

Cheese. Who doesn’t love it? Especially with the double cheese, this wrap will blow you away in delight, as shown by the amount of people who eat this every day. This wrap is a normal wrap with extra cheese filling inside. There is no meat inside this wrap. Despite the popularity, this wrap pales in comparison to the other wraps of the fitness cafe, particularly due to its scant amount of cheese. This brings into the concern of the Fitness Cafe charging high prices for minimal high quality and tasty food. The double cheese appears to have less chicken and only a tiny increase in cheese compared to the other wraps such as the Cheese and Cheese or Chicken Jalapeno leading to an overall decrease in food quality. This brings up issues on fitness cafe food quality and pricing. This is a 2.5/5 due to the questionable quality of the food, but for cheese lovers, this is certainly a go-to meal.

Chicken and Cheese

The Chicken and Cheese, in contrast to the Double Cheese, contains a large amount of delectable ingredients and chicken. The wrap is a standard wrap with a standard serving of cheese and plenty of short chopped chicken inside. The chicken blends extremely well with the cheese, which constructs a fulfilling and savory taste to the wrap. There is an abundance of chicken in the wrap which is sure to make you fulfilled even if you are a big eater. The chicken in the Chicken and Cheese wrap has significantly more cheese than its other wrap counterparts such as the Double Cheese wrap or the Cheese Jalapeno. Just look out for the slight moisture that the oven leaves. Like the other wraps, chips are also included as a complimentary side dish to give you a little freshener while eating. Despite its amazing food quality, the wrap on the Chicken and Cheese is quite dry and does not complement the chicken. This is overall a 3.5/5 due to the ample amount of chicken provided in the wrap.
