Rolling eyes is a miniature bakery and coffee shop located in Da’an, known for their variety of pastries and delicious coffee options.

Although the shop is small in size, it gives off a very warm and cozy atmosphere. As soon as you push open the door, you are greeted with the smell of freshly ground coffee beans and mouth watering freshly baked pastries.

Baked goods of all kinds are displayed on the counter at the front of the store, while a few high stool seats for the customers are located at the back. However, it may be hard to get a seat, as the store can often get a bit crowded during the day.

          Sea Salt Butter Roll

          Rating: 5/5

This Sea Salt Butter Roll is one of their most popular pastries. It’s slightly crispy on the outside, and soft and buttery on the inside. The sea salt is not too overwhelming, and forms a great balance with the butter.

          Earl Grey Tea Scone

          Rating: 5/5

Their earl grey tea scone is also a popular treat. It has just the right texture, not too crumbly but not too thick either. It goes really well with both tea and coffee, and would be a great afternoon snack.

          Cinnamon Roll

          Rating: 4/5

This Cinnamon Roll is crispy at the top and soft on the inside. It has a spiral texture, with just the right amount of cinnamon and walnut pieces distributed evenly throughout the pastry.

Many of their pastries are absolutely delicious and taste the best right out of the oven. Therefore, if you choose to buy them on the go, I would recommend baking them for a few minutes before eating.

Due to the COVID-19, Rolling Eyes has taken safety precautions such as wrapping and covering their pastries so that they are safe for the customers.

This shop would definitely be a great option for someone who loves pastries, tea or coffee. I would definitely recommend trying out many of their pastries as they are both unique and delicious.
